CREAMY LEMON GARLIC RAVIOLI

During peak citrus season, Marcy Inspired shares one of her favorite and easiest pasta recipes: Creamy Lemon Garlic Ravioli. This flavorful dish comes together in just 15 minutes and features a rich, creamy sauce infused with fresh lemon and garlic. While ravioli is her pasta of choice, the versatile sauce pairs beautifully with any pasta type, making it a go-to for quick, satisfying meals.

Ingredients
  

  • Ravioli or Pasta of Your Choice
  • Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Zest Of 1 Lemon Lemon Zest
  • Approx. 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • ½ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook Pasta According To Directions On Package.
  • Coat Bottom Of Large Skillet With Olive Oil And Place Over Burner At Medium High Heat.
  • Add Minced Garlic Along With Almost All Of The Lemon Zest (Set Some Aside For Garnish) And Stir Quickly. Then Immediately Pour In Heavy Whipping Cream And Stir Until Well Combined.
  • Add Lemon Juice, Salt And Parmesan Cheese And Continue To Stir. Add Cooked And Drained Pasta To The Cream Sauce, Along With Some Chopped Fresh Parsley And Let Cook A Few Minutes More.
  • Remove From Stove And Serve While Hot. Garnish With Additional Lemon Zest, Chopped Parsley, And Parmesan Cheese.
