Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts shredded
- ½ cup Dried cranberries chopped
- 1 Apple
- 1-2 Shallots chopped
- Sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
- Goat cheese crumbled
- 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
- ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
- 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together until fully combined and pour over salad.
- Chill and let salad soak up dressing for a minimum of 30 minutes for best results.
