Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. Brussels Sprouts shredded
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries chopped
  • 1 Apple
  • 1-2 Shallots chopped
  • Sunflower seeds or sliced almonds
  • Goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • tsp. kosher salt
  • 6 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all dressing ingredients together until fully combined and pour over salad.
  • Chill and let salad soak up dressing for a minimum of 30 minutes for best results.
