Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Chocolate Covered Strawberries are almost synonymous with Valentine's Day. They're decadent and beautiful and make a perfect gift to give to the ones you love. If you've never made them before and have been intimidated to give it a try, this recipe will inspire you to give it a try. Whether you're using chocolate chips, candy melts, almond bark, or the like, all it takes is a little imagination. I won't bother to type up a recipe, because (as you'll see) there's not much to it. But here's a tip: If you can't get the right consistency after melting your chocolate or candy melts, try adding a teaspoon of vegetable oil or coconut oil. The oil is flavorless, so it won't change the taste of the chocolate. But it will make it more fluid and easier to work with.
