Classic Tuna Melt
Who doesn't love a good Tuna Melt Sandwich? If you're pressed for time, it's the easiest, most satisfying thing you can make; which is what makes it a Classic. You really don't need a recipe for this, but if you're interested in knowing what I put in mine, I'll go ahead and list the ingredients below.
Cuisine: New Mexican

Materials
- 1 12oz. can Tuna in Water (Drained)
- Bread
- Onion Chopped
- Hamburger Pickles Diced
- Mayonnaise
- Fresh Lemon Juice
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- When it comes time to grill your sandwich, I spread either softened butter or mayonnaise on the outer sides of the bread and that gives it that perfectly toasted/golden quality.
- I also like putting a lid over the sandwich when it's being grilled.
- That helps the cheese melt and ensures the tuna mixture is warmed all the way through.
