HOW TO MAKE PULL APART GORILLA BREAD

Ingredients
  

Gorilla Bread

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup or 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese cut into small cubes
  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuits 10 count smaller biscuits
  • 1 ½ cups of coarsely chopped walnuts or pecans

For Glaze:

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • of a cup of milk
  • ¼ - ½ tsp orange extract

Instructions
 

  • Grease bundt pan with cooking spray and preheat oven to 350º
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar together and set aside.
  • In saucepan melt butter and brown sugar over low heat, stirring frequently. When melted set aside.
  • Flatten biscuits one at a time, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, place cube of cream cheese on top, and wrap dough completely around it.
  • Sprinkle half a cup of chopped nuts into pan. Place half of the prepared biscuits in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Pour half of the brown sugar and butter mixture over biscuits.
  • Sprinkle another half cup of nuts on top and continue with next layer with remaining biscuits, followed by cinnamon sugar, brown sugar mixture and remaining nuts. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Once out of the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and then carefully invert it onto serving dish.
  • For glaze, combine powdered sugar, milk, and orange extract using wire whisk. Drizzle over gorilla bread and enjoy while they're still warm.
