Mango, Café Mocha & Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

These three Smoothies rank among my favorite because they are delicious and so easy to make. One is a Healthy Mango Breakfast Smoothie, the other an afternoon pick-me-up Cafe Mocha Smoothie, and the last one is the one I make the most, and that's a Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie. So whether you're looking for a meal replacement, or you have a sweet tooth but don't want to blow your diet, try any one of these smoothies:

Materials

Healthy Mango Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango Chunks (Or 1 fresh mango cut in pieces, plus 1/2 cup crushed ice)
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ cup Oats Rolled
  • ½ scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Milk Of your choice

Cafe Mocha Smoothie

  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Extra strong Coffee Or espresso
  • 1 dash Cream Or milk of your choice
  • A few drops of Stevia (Optional)

Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Smoothie

  • 1 cup Crushed Ice
  • 1 Banana
  • 3 tbsp. Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Milk
