Mexican Hot Chocolate Latte
Red or Green?Here we're bringing you a classic Mexican favorite with a little New Mexican flair: a Mexican Hot Chocolate Latte! You will love this afternoon pick me up -- and trust me, it's better than Starbucks. You're gonna love it!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- ¼ cup Oat Milk
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp New Mexico Red Chile Powder
- 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Dates Pitted
Instructions
- Heat milk in a medium saucepan, add all ingredients and bring to a low boil.
- Turn the heat down slightly and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and blend until smooth.
- Add milk mixture to 3 oz of espresso coffee.
- Mix, and enjoy!
