Ingredients
- 1 piece Anjou or Bartlett pear, peeled, cored and diced
- 1-8 ounce Crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup Dried cranberries or craisins
- ½ tbsp Crushed red pequin quebrado, or more to taste
Instructions
- In a nonreactive bowl, combine the pear, pineapple, cranberries and chile.
- Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
