Ingredients
- 3 Ripe Mangos Diced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Diced
- ½ Large Red Onion Finely chopped
- 2 Fresh Jalapeños Finely chopped
- 2 Limes Juice
- 1 small bunch Cilantro OR Spearmint Leaves Finely chopped
- Salt To taste
Instructions
- Chop mangos, bell pepper, red onion and jalapeño and combine in a medium size bowl.
- Add finely chopped cilantro or spearmint leaves and salt.
- Squeeze in juice from limes and stir well.
- Cover and let chill in refrigerator at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
