Natillas

Red or Green?
Here we're going learn a classic New Mexican dessert: Natillas. Natillas is a light, airy egg pudding with flavors like cinnamon & vanilla. It's the perfect dessert to curb your cravings, but also light enough to be guilt-free! My grandma made this dessert for us all the time growing up, and for good reason: it's simple to make, uses everyday ingredients, and tastes delicious. You're gonna love this recipe!
