Sloppy Josés: Not your Average Joe
Sloppy Josés: Not your Average Joe
Marcy InspiredThe title says it all. These Sloppy Josés are Not your Average Joe, errr rather, they're not your average Sloppy Joes. Truth be told, I love Sloppy Joes, but every once in a while I think it's fun to mix things up. So this is a Mexican style Sloppy Joe I like to call "Sloppy Josés." They're made with Hatch green chile and salsa...and they're cooked in beer. (The alcohol cooks out, but the beer makes the meat more tender and deepens the flavor.)
