Ingredients
- 2 large Avocados They should be soft to the touch, but not too soft
- 2 Serrano Pepper Deseeded
- ¼ cup Yellow Onion Finely diced
- ¼ cup Tomato Diced & deseeded
- 1 clove Garlic Crushed
- ½ tsp Salt To taste
- ½ Lime's Juice
Instructions
- Split avocados down the middle lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado into a bowl.
- Using a potato masher, break down avocado to your liking (I tend to like it a little chunky).
- Add serrano peppers, onion and tomato.
- Stir all ingredients until combined.
- Add crushed garlic, salt and lime.
- Stir once again to incorporate all flavors.
- Pour guacamole into your favorite colorful dish, and line with tortilla chips.
- Serve extra chips on the side.
