Ingredients
- 2 medium to large Russet Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ⅛ tsp Onion Powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Peel potatoes and dice into ¼-inch cubes.
- Add canola oil to a medium sauté pan and heat on medium to high heat.
- Add diced potatoes, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Stir so that the oil coats all of the potatoes and cook for about 1 minute.
- Now turn the heat to low, cover with a lid and cook for about two minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir potatoes, then replace the lid and cook for another 2 minutes, or until potatoes are crisp and soft.
