Red Chile Alfredo

Red Chile Alfredo

Red or Green?
I've got a great fusion recipe for your collection: Red Chile Alfredo. This amazing sauce is spicy and has that authentic New Mexican Red Chile flavor, as well as the creaminess and richness of a typical alfredo sauce. We had a lot of fun creating this recipe inspired by a request from a loyal audience. There really is no limit to what you can create when combining foods from different cultures! I really hope you give this recipe a try. Keep on cooking those spicy dishes!
